First 20 students to register will receive a scholarship from the Colorado School of Mines, Humanitarian Engineering Program for $275, allowing registration for the below price of $150. After all scholarships are awarded, students must register as regular attendees with fees as shown above.

When you register you will also be able to purchase tickets for guests for the Brewery Evening, the Gala Dinner and the bus excursion to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. These tickets are $15, $85, and $25, respectively.

You will also be offered on-campus accommodations. There are various options that you may read about with various associated costs. You may also sign up for on-campus parking, if you are driving. Off-campus accommodations are also available at the Hilton Hotel. You will have to make Hilton Hotel arrangements on your own. Other hotel accommodations are available in Fort Collins but they are at a farther distance from the campus.

Should you elect not to make these addition arrangements at registration time, you will be able to make them at a later date by contacting CSU Conferences and Institutes. Your registration confirmation email will provide this information.
